The IT Demand Manager is responsible for the overall demand management of GFBI. This in-cludes the review, oversight and monitoring of all demands handed over from Business to one of the GFBI areas ("MDM, PPM & BA IM", "Finance IT", "HR IT", "Sales & Marketing IT", "In-formation Management"). In regards to demands, which cannot be assigned to one of the exist-ing solutions/services, the IT Demand Manager reviews the quality and scoping of the demands and seeks clarifications with the requesting business and functional units. The role ensures that the business requirements are fulfilled with an appropriate IT Solution. The IT Demand Manager requires intensive knowledge of respective business area processes to serve as management consultant and partner of the business. Your tasks: + Collection and review of demands handed over from business to IT + Supporting the development of project request (quality, scoping, effort/cost estimation, business case and prioritization) to project portfolio management + Support of business case creation and evaluation of demands based on the portfolio crite-ria in alignment with the respective Business Architect(s) + Accountable for initiation, coordination and monitoring of implementation of approved de-mands, considering global frameworks and policies + Collaborating with project portfolio manager in maintaining the overview and steering of GFBI Demands & Project Portfolio + Definition and implementation of demand management standards and framework, guide-lines, and policies + Support in the continuous optimization of the demand management process in alignment with relevant stakeholders
+ A Bachelor/University Degree or equivalent + Significant working experience in comparable positions + Solid knowledge of Logistics business processes is an advantage + Expert planning and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask in a busy and global environment with multiple contacts + Excellent communication and moderation skills, intercultural competence and global mindset + Strong on service delivery to internal stakeholders and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders, maintaining positive work-ing relationships + General knowledge/experience of agile methodologies + Fluent English (spoken and written)
